High-quality ferro silicon from Penganda
Ferrosilicon is an iron-silicon alloy containing 72-80% silicon, widely used as a deoxidizer and alloying additive in steelmaking. It effectively removes oxygen from molten steel, improving steel quality and reducing defects. Our FeSi 75% meets international standards and is exported to over 50 countries including India, Turkey, and Indonesia.

Primary deoxidizer in EAF and BOF processes for clean steel production with minimal inclusions.
Used as inoculant in cast iron production to promote graphite formation and improve mechanical properties.
Essential raw material for producing silicon steel sheets used in transformers and motors.
Ferrosilicon is primarily used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking to remove oxygen from molten steel. It's also used as an alloying additive to increase silicon content in steel, improving strength, hardness, and magnetic properties.
FeSi 75% contains 72-80% silicon, while FeSi 65% contains 63-68% silicon. FeSi 75% is more commonly used in steelmaking due to its higher silicon content and better deoxidation efficiency. FeSi 65% is often used in foundry applications.
